Mechanical AutoCAD Draftsman

Key Responsibilities: •

Drafting and Design:

o P & ID (Process Diagram)

o Plant Layout

o Equipment GA Drawing

o As Built Drawings

o Equipment Fabrication Drawings

o Detailed Structural Drawings

o Foundation Detailed Drawing

o Plate Cutting Layout Drawings

o Develop detailed mechanical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD.

o Create 2D and 3D models of mechanical components and systems.

o Revise and update existing drawings to reflect changes or improvements.

• Technical Support and Documentation:

o Prepare BOM for raw Material

o Piping & Fittings BOM

o Structural steel & accessories BOM

o Turnkey plant Costing and Estimation

o Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements.

o Provide technical support and recommendations during the design and drafting process

Ensure all drawings and designs comply with industry standards and regulations.

o Preparation datasheet of equipment, Pumps, accessories etc.

o Maintain accurate records of all drafts, revisions, and final drawings.

o Prepare and compile technical documentation and reports as needed.

• Quality Control:

o Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications.

o Conduct field visits to gather measurements and verify design accuracy when required.

• Collaboration:

o Work closely with the engineering team and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

o Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address any design-related inquiries.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
