Role & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care in Internal Medicine, adhering to national and NABH guidelines.
• Lead daily ward rounds, formulate diagnostic and treatment plans, and coordinate multidisciplinary care for complex cases.
• Supervise junior residents, interns, and nursing staff; ensure accurate documentation in EMR.
• Perform emergency procedures and manage ICU admissions for medical cases including sepsis, acute coronary syndromes, and metabolic crises.
• Participate in morbidity-mortality meetings, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Offer patient education, counselling, and preventive health guidance to improve community outcomes.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
• MD or DNB in Internal Medicine with valid Rajasthan Medical Council registration.
• 2+ years of post-PG independent clinical experience in a secondary/tertiary care hospital.
• Proficiency in managing acute medical emergencies, ventilatory support, and invasive monitoring.
• Strong command of evidence-based protocols and clinical documentation systems.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Preferred
• Exposure to critical care fellowship or ACLS/BLS certification.
• Experience using HIS/EMR and telemedicine platforms.
