About The Opportunity

• Provide high-quality outpatient and inpatient medical consultations, delivering accurate diagnosis and evidence-based treatment plans for adult patients.
• Manage acute medical emergencies and coordinate resuscitation efforts in the emergency department and ward settings.
• Oversee inpatient care plans, admissions, discharges, and multidisciplinary coordination for continuity of care.
• Interpret routine investigations (ECG, basic labs, radiology) and perform point-of-care assessments to guide clinical decision-making.
• Prescribe and manage pharmacotherapy safely, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
• Participate in clinical governance activities including audit, case review, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• MD or DNB in General Medicine (or equivalent) and current registration with the appropriate State Medical Council.
  

Must-Have

• Acute medical care
• Inpatient ward management
• Emergency resuscitation
• ECG interpretation
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  

Preferred

• Experience with point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS)
• Prior exposure to telemedicine consultations or outpatient clinic management
