Mbbs RMO For Madhubani Bihar location

• Provide timely medical assessment, diagnosis and management for inpatients and outpatients; document findings and treatment plans clearly.
• Stabilize and manage acute medical emergencies—perform initial resuscitation, airway management and life-saving interventions.
• Perform routine clinical procedures including IV cannulation, venepuncture, wound suturing and catheterisation; manage post-procedure care.
• Interpret basic investigations (ECG, X‑ray, routine labs), order appropriate tests and coordinate specialist referrals when required.
• Maintain accurate medical records, write prescriptions and discharge summaries, ensure handovers and shift-to-shift continuity of care.
• Supervise nursing staff during shifts, enforce infection-control protocols and participate in clinical audits and quality-improvement activities.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• MBBS degree
• Valid NMC registration
• Proven clinical experience in a hospital setting with exposure to emergency and inpatient care
• Hands-on procedural competence: IV cannulation, venepuncture and wound suturing
• Ability to interpret ECGs and basic radiology/lab reports
• Strong documentation practices and familiarity with clinical protocols
  

Preferred

• ACLS and BLS certification
• Experience working in rural or semi-urban healthcare settings
• Prior RMO or shift-lead experience with exposure to triage and emergency management
