Role Description

The MBA professional will also be responsible for improving operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving company growth through innovative strategies.

• Market Research, Data Analysis, and Financial Analysis skills
• Project Management and Team Leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in the human resources or manpower services industry is a plus
