MBA Marketing Intern (Cold Calling & Lead Closing)

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to generate and qualify leads for products and services.
• Close sales leads and convert prospects into clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Maintain and update lead data using CRM tools, Google Sheets, or internal records.
• Follow up with potential clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp to nurture relationships.
• Support the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals and attend sales meetings.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors.
• Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials and digital outreach campaigns.
• Provide general administrative support to sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing (Fresher or up to 2 years of experience preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven cold calling experience.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or CRM systems.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and social media platforms is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a strong interest in technology and digital marketing.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
