Internship Structure

Assessment Period (3–7 Days):

Candidates will undergo a short evaluation based on communication skills, marketing knowledge, and creative thinking.

Internship Offer:

Based on assessment performance, selected candidates will be offered a paid internship with a performance-based stipend.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns

• Work on SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Support branding, content marketing, and audience engagement strategies

• Identify and reach out to leads through LinkedIn and other platforms

• Prepare reports and dashboards to measure marketing KPIs

• Collaborate with the tech team for product positioning and go-to-market planning

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA students or recent graduates (Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related specializations)

• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO tools)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Creative thinking and attention to detail

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Stipend Structure

The monthly stipend will range from ₹3,000 to ₹15,000 based on:

• Campaign performance and impact

• Lead generation quality

• Creativity and content contributions

• Timely execution and reporting

• Initiative and learning curve
