Twite AI Technologies is looking for a proactive MBA Fresher (specialized in HR & Finance) to join our growing team! This unique role will offer hands-on experience in both Human Resources and Financial Operations. If you're a fast learner, fluent in English, and ready to take ownership from Day 1 – we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

HR:

• Assist in recruitment coordination and on boarding
• Support employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain and update employee records
• Assist with compliance and policy documentation

Finance:

• Assist in invoice tracking and payment follow-ups
• Help prepare financial reports and expense summaries
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payment updates
• Assisting out Accounting Team.

Requirements:

• MBA (HR & Finance specialization preferred)
• Strong communication skills (English – written & spoken)
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic financial documentation
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Available to join immediately.
• Tally is good to have or you will be trained.
