Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales and transactions directly at retailer stores. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between Company and the end customer, ensuring smooth operations and high conversion rates at the ground level.

Key Responsibilities

Be physically present at assigned retail stores within the cluster on a daily basis.
Educate customers about Companys financing options (Low EMI, Return After 1 Year, etc.).
Assist retailers in processing transactions through the Company platform.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned.
Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve basic queries related to transactions or product offerings.
Build and maintain a good relationship with store staff to drive Company's preference.
Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
Report daily performance and updates to the Area Sales Manager.
