Job Description

Job Title: MBA Fresher

Department: Business Development / Sales

Focus: Channel Expansion, Investor Acquisition & Strategic Growth

Company: Wardwizard Group

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Experience: 0-2 Years

Qualification: MBA in Finance (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire HNIs, NBFCs, leasing companies, wealth advisors, and institutional investors.
Pitch EV Fleet Investment models including ROI metrics, payback period and financial viability.
Conduct investor meetings, presentations, proposal discussions and financial due diligence.
Support deployment of investor-funded EV fleets with logistics & enterprise clients.
Work with internal finance & legal teams for investment structuring and agreements.
Maintain investor relationships, performance reporting, and drive repeat investments.
Prepare sales funnel, MIS reports and business dashboards.
Candidate Profile

MBA in Finance is mandatory.

0-2 years of experience in NBFC, Financial Services, Insurance, Digital Lending or Credit Card Sales.
Experience in HNI or corporate investor handling is preferred.
Strong financial understanding (ROI, IRR, NPV, portfolio modelling).
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
