Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Identify and research target companies in relevant industries

2. Map key decision-makers within those companies and actively reach out via calls,

emails, and LinkedIn

3. Manage inbound leads from India Mart and other e-commerce platforms

4. Generate high-quality sales leads consistently through multiple outreach channels

5. Collaborate with the Sales team to convert qualified leads into opportunities

6. Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities for revenue growth

7. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of target accounts in coordination with Sales

Managers

8. Support the organization and execution of industry events across the country

9. Compile and manage leads, opportunities, and revenue-related data from multiple

sources

10. Assist in preparing presentations and supporting Sales Managers in client meetings

and training

Preferred candidate profile

1. MBA / BBA Fresher or experienced in Inside sales

2. Good communication skills

3. Ability to learn fast
