Client Relationship Officer (CRO)

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Student Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and stakeholders.
  
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web chat.
  
• Make outbound calls to convert prospective leads into applications for study.
  
• Cross-sell MSM Unify products and services.
  
• Support the entire student journey by identifying issues and sharing insights.
  

Customer Experience & Data Management

• Collect and analyze customer feedback to determine satisfaction levels.
  
• Manage customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating when required.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer data into relevant systems (CRM and others).
  

Operations Support

• Contribute to operational improvements by reporting trends and student concerns.
  
• Ensure effective coordination between internal teams to support student needs.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage.
  
• Prior experience in B2C sales preferred; freshers with strong interest in sales may apply.
  
• Confident, articulate, and professional communication skills.
  
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  
• Customer serviceoriented with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Basic computer proficiency, including office software and CRM tools.
