Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Maximo Consultant with 7-11 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting and recruitment services.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Design, develop, and implement effective recruitment strategies using Maximo tools.
Conduct thorough analysis of client data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Provide expert guidance on Maximo best practices and implementation.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with recruitment processes.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in consulting and recruitment services, preferably in the employment firm industry.
Strong knowledge of Maximo modules and functionalities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with diverse client bases and industries.
