Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) Consultants

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient MAWM solutions while providing L2/L3 production support, issue resolution, and process optimization.

• Configure, customize, and implement

  Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM)

  modules covering

  Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory

  processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into configurations, and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide

  L2/L3 support

  , including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and ticket management.
• Work on

  MAWM integrations

  with third-party systems such as

  WCS (Warehouse Control Systems)

  and

  MHE (Material Handling Equipment)

  .
• Perform

  system testing, regression testing, and UAT

  for enhancements and production releases.
• Create and maintain

  functional and technical documentation

  for all implemented changes.
• Participate in

  go-live and hypercare

  support, ensuring system stability and operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues and support end-user training as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of

  MAWM configuration and support activities

  .
• Analyze business requirements and align system functionality accordingly.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integration and system enhancements.
• Ensure process adherence and maintain data consistency across systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement and system optimization initiatives.

Qualification & Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in

  Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM)

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Warehouse Operations and Supply Chain processes

  .
• Knowledge of SQL and debugging tools for data validation and issue analysis.
• Familiarity with

  Agile/Scrum

  methodology and tools like

  JIRA

  and

  ServiceNow

  .

Good to Have

• Knowledge of

  MAWM Proactive

  and system monitoring tools.
• Experience with

  integration testing frameworks

  .
• Exposure to

  automation tools or scripting languages

  (Python, Robot Framework).
• Experience working with

  global warehouse support models

  .
