Our programs span Board Excellence, Olympiads, APs, Research, and Test Prep — building India’s strongest academic profile-development ecosystem Role Overview As an Associate Teacher – Mathematics, you’ll work closely with the Academic Leads to deliver high-quality instruction and ensure strong learning outcomes for students across IB, IGCSE, and CBSE boards. You’ll play a key role in teaching, content creation, and academic support — helping students build conceptual mastery and problem-solving confidence. Key Responsibilities 1. Teaching & Academic Delivery Conduct engaging 1:1 and small-group Mathematics classes (online & offline). Teach across curricula: CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, and IB (MYP & DP) levels. Support students in Olympiad and AP preparation under senior faculty guidance. Track student progress and maintain performance reports. 2. Content & Curriculum Support Develop lesson plans, question banks, and structured learning resources. Collaborate on creating practice sheets, test papers, and video lessons. Provide academic feedback to enhance student understanding and course quality. 3. Program Coordination Assist Academic Leads in executing Gradeperfect’s STEM programs. Participate in internal training sessions to refine teaching quality. Coordinate with operations and parent-success teams for scheduling and updates. 4. Professional Growth Undergo periodic training in curriculum delivery, assessment, and pedagogy. Receive performance reviews based on student impact and delivery quality. Work Expectations: On-Site Commitment: Presence at Green Park office during working hours. Flexibility: Occasional evening sessions may be scheduled for international students. Ownership: Take initiative in class preparation, student tracking, and reporting. Policies & BenefitsLeaves: 12 EL + 6 PL + 6 CL annually (as per company policy).
