We are seeking a skilled and proactive Materials Management professional to oversee procurement, import/export coordination, and processed goods ordering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely sourcing, delivery, and inventory control of materials essential for production and operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement of raw materials and processed goods as per production requirements.
  • Handle import/export documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with logistics partners.
  • Oversee order placement, tracking, and delivery management for local and international shipments.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments for smooth supply chain operations.
  • Maintain inventory levels and monitor material flow to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency, quality assurance, and timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate procurement reports, shipping records, and inventory documentation.
  • Manage express delivery requirements for urgent shipments and coordinate with courier agencies.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of procurement and logistics operations
  • Experience in import/export documentation and customs handling
  • Familiarity with vendor management, shipping coordination, and inventory control systems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently
