Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Materials Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in materials management, preferably in the hospitality sector.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate material procurement activities to ensure timely delivery.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve material-related issues.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to negotiate better prices and terms.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to material usage.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of materials received.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in materials management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
