Material Management Executive, Analysis and Systems

As an integral part of the HAECO Group, you will be responsible for assisting in annual budget preparation, forecasting updates, business reviews, and leading MM related IT projects from a user perspective. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure the smooth financial activities and support internal Business Units for re-charge analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in annual budget preparation, forecast updates, and business reviews - Monitor revenue and expenses per budget, analyze variances, and alert seniors on potential risks - Liaise with Commercial & Stakeholders for business case development and RFP response - Coordinate with Finance for departmental financial activities - Lead MM related IT projects, develop criteria, and validate System Requests - Coordinate with IT and key users to establish guidelines for handling major issues - Identify system enhancement initiatives and document user requirements for system development - Streamline and optimize existing operations - Update MM-BCP as per corporate guidelines - Independently process user enquiries and supervise junior team members Qualifications Required: 1. Good communication and presentation skills 2. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese 3. Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office and database applications 4. Strong analytical skills with knowledge of statistical applications 5. Knowledge and qualification in auditing skills an advantage 6.
