Material Coordinator

As a Material Procurement Coordinator, you will collaborate with O&M teams to assess material requirements for ongoing and upcoming maintenance activities, including network repairs, upgrades, and expansions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring the timely procurement of materials, equipment, and spare parts in accordance with project timelines and operational needs. - Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices and ensure reliable delivery of materials to meet operational needs. - Overseeing the storage, tracking, and usage of materials and equipment used in the operations and maintenance of telecom infrastructure (e.g., cables, towers, routers, antennas, batteries, etc.). - Maintaining accurate inventory records using management software, ensuring materials are available for maintenance activities without overstocking. - Conducting regular stock checks and audits to prevent shortages and minimize excess inventory. You will also act as the primary point of contact between O&M teams and suppliers/vendors for material-related matters. Working closely with project managers, technicians, and engineers, you will ensure materials are available when needed and allocated efficiently. Additionally, you will address and resolve material-related issues, such as shortages or delays, to avoid disruptions in O&M activities.
