Master Technician

A master technician is a highly skilled professional responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex systems and equipment, often in automotive, aerospace, or industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics on equipment and systems.
• Execute repairs and maintenance tasks with precision.
• Supervise and train junior technicians and apprentices.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and services performed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

Skills Required:

• Extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.

Qualifications:

• Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or technical certification is often preferred.
• Several years of experience in a relevant field.
• Certification from recognized industry organizations (e.g., ASE for automotive technicians).

Work Environment:

• Often works in repair shops, manufacturing facilities, or field service settings.
• May require physical stamina and the ability to work in various conditions.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
