Markets - Prime Finance / Clearing - Client Executive (AVP)

The role of Client Executive (CE) or Relationship Sales group within Equities at Citi involves ensuring client satisfaction and revenue generation. As a CE, your primary responsibility is to understand your clients" strategies and revenue potential for Citi. You will work on leveraging client relationships to expand Citi's presence and explore cross-sell opportunities across various business segments such as Futures, Options, OTC clearing, FX Prime Brokerage, Equities Prime Brokerage, and Electronic Execution. Based in Mumbai, you will be managing clients engaged in trading and clearing activities on onshore exchanges in India. This includes both global institutional clients and domestic clients. In addition to client management, you will collaborate with the Head of Clearing to oversee day-to-day clearing product responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include conducting thorough client assessments, ensuring client profitability and adherence to Service Level Agreements, managing day-to-day service delivery and client satisfaction, and identifying cross-sell opportunities. You will also drive product and service enhancements, work closely with control functions, and uphold governance and control standards for Futures Clearing Product. To excel in this role, you must possess extensive experience in Futures, OTC Clearing, and FXPB, with a mandatory requirement of India onshore Futures and Options experience. A strong understanding of market regulations, risk management, and global markets is essential. You should also have cross-product knowledge, including equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives, electronic trading, and swaps.
