About the Role

We are looking for a Marketplace Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns on Myntra, Amazon, and Flipkart. The ideal candidate should be analytical, data-driven, and experienced in optimizing marketplace performance for maximum ROI, visibility, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Myntra Ads

  • Plan, create, and optimize campaigns on Myntra (MPP).
  • Manage CPC, ROAS, conversions, and visibility for product listings.
  • Strategize ad spends during events, new launches, and sales campaigns.
  • Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets/bids to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketplace team to maximize exposure and conversions.

Amazon Ads (Amazon PPC)

  • Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, bidding strategies, and listing optimization for better ad results.
  • Analyze ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, and other performance metrics.
  • Manage daily budgets, automate rules (if required), and maintain campaign health.
  • Implement strategies for scaling campaigns and reducing unnecessary spend.

Flipkart Ads

  • Create and manage CPC campaigns on Flipkart Ads.
  • Optimize ad placements to improve ROAS, product visibility, and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.
  • Coordinate with Flipkart account managers on ad opportunities and best practices.
  • Plan promotions around Big Billion Days, seasonal events, and brand initiatives.

General Responsibilities

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance across all marketplaces.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and insights for management.
  • Stay updated on marketplace algorithm changes, trends, and ad opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, operations, sales) to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Enhance product visibility and sales using data-driven marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Myntra Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of marketplace metrics such as ROAS, ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CPC, CVR, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Amazon Reports, Myntra MPP, Flipkart Console, Excel/Sheets).
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and optimize continuously.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of e-commerce growth strategies and marketplace dynamics.
