As a Marketo Specialist, your role involves supporting the marketing team in executing and optimizing marketing automation strategies using Marketo. With 3-5 years of experience in Marketo, you will be responsible for managing campaigns, executing communications, and enhancing lead generation efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Campaign Management: - Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and other marketing automation initiatives within Marketo. - Create and manage segmentation strategies for targeted delivery of campaigns based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement. - Demonstrate understanding of digital marketing strategies such as email marketing, lead generation, and customer segmentation. - Performance Tracking And Reporting: - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI. - Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for marketing optimization. - Collaborate with the marketing team by providing basic matrix reports, examining leads/opportunities objects, and explaining lead sync to SFDC via Marketo. - Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools is a plus. - Lead Management: - Develop and maintain lead scoring models and lead nurturing workflows to enhance lead quality and conversion rates. - Manage and maintain the integrity of the Marketo database to ensure data accuracy and consistency. - Collaboration And Support: - Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to align marketing strategies and objectives. - Provide training and support to team members on Marketo functionalities and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Strong organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. - Experience with other marketing automation tools. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript can be beneficial. - Flexibility and responsiveness to changing goals. - Marketo Architect, Business Practitioner, or Certified Professional certifications are preferred but not required. In this role, you will be expected to: - Execute email campaigns based on SLAs provided by the requester. - Support Lead Marketo Specialist on data requests. - Provide regular reports on campaign performance with insights and recommendations for improvement. - Periodically update and audit the Marketo database to maintain data quality. - Document integration processes and any related issues or resolutions.
