Marketing Supervisor - Incentive Key Entry and Pricing

Job Description: This position is responsible for monitoring and executing day-to-day operations of the Incentive Key Entry and Pricing team. The role involves analyzing production, quality, and cost information to identify challenges and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaboration with Pricing, Marketing, and Revenue Management teams is essential. This position also manages other team members within the department. Responsibilities: Conduct operational audits to ensure effective performance and implement corrective actions if needed. Identify and suggest end-to-end process improvements to enhance team performance and operations. Determine employees' training needs and develop continuous development plans. Provide ongoing feedback and support to improve performance. Conduct performance evaluations in a consistent, fair, and objective manner to encourage continuous improvement. Resolve individual and group performance issues in accordance with company policies and procedures to motivate and foster teamwork. Handle customer escalations to address concerns and improve customer experience. Make operational changes (e.g., process and staffing) as needed to ensure requests are handled efficiently and service commitments are met. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role. Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent. Detail-oriented: Able to distinguish between big picture concepts and specific facts associated with work; ensures work is completed accurately and with appropriate detail. Report Generation: Proficient in generating reports using basic software; reviews and creates reports to ensure accuracy and completeness; identifies issues with report generation. Problem-solving: Identifies business areas and stakeholders impacted by customer issues; engages appropriate resources to resolve issues; identifies root causes to prevent recurrence; stays motivated despite difficult circumstances or setbacks.
