📌 Position Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and confident On-Camera Video Content Creator who can deliver engaging videos, stay updated with the latest social media trends, and create high-performing reel scripts. The ideal candidate should have strong on-camera presence, understand platform algorithms, and know how to create content that drives reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style) with strong on-camera delivery.

Write engaging reel scripts based on content ideas, trends, and marketing goals.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, audio, formats, and algorithm changes.

Conceptualize and shoot creative content that resonates with the target audience.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars and campaigns.

Analyze content performance and optimize scripts, delivery, and formats.

Ensure consistent brand voice, storytelling, and visual style.

Requirements:

Strong on-camera presence and confidence in delivering videos.

Experience in creating Reels/Shorts/TikTok-style videos.

Updated knowledge ofn social media algorithms (Instagram, Meta, YouTube Shorts).

Ability to write creative and engaging reel scripts.

Basic video shooting and editing skills (mobile editing is acceptable).

Understanding of content hooks, storytelling, and retention strategies.

Ability to work independently and brainstorm fresh ideas daily.

Prior experience as a content creator or social media talent is a plus.

Bonus skill if you have:

Basic editing skills on apps like CapCut, VN, Edits or Adobe.

Understanding of digital marketing and trend forecasting.

Ability to think creatively and improvise on-camera.
