Marketing Staff

As a Marketing Head at Perfect Group, located at Corporate Office in Pathanapuram, you will play a crucial role in leading the marketing department to enhance brand visibility, dealer engagement, and revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing B2B and B2C marketing plans for IT products, services & solutions, leading a team of marketing executives, and coordinating with branch managers. You will also be responsible for creating and monitoring digital and offline campaigns, managing dealer communications, product launches, and exhibitions, analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, overseeing content creation, branding, and social media performance, as well as reporting marketing KPIs and insights directly to the CEO. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute B2B and B2C marketing plans for IT products, services & solutions. - Lead a team of marketing executives and coordinate with branch managers. - Create and monitor digital and offline campaigns, offers, and promotions. - Manage dealer communications, product launches, and exhibitions. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. - Oversee content creation, branding, and social media performance. - Report marketing KPIs and insights directly to the CEO.
