We are looking for dynamic and persuasive Marketing Staff to contact potential customers, promote our products or services, and drive conversions. If you're confident in your communication skills and results-driven, this opportunity is for you. This is a performance-based position with no fixed salary. You’ll be compensated based on your results and eligible for bonuses upon achieving targets. You can choose to work full-time or part-time, with flexible hours. Key Responsibilities: · Initiate contact with potential customers via phone, email, or in-person. · Present products/services effectively to generate interest and conversions. · Maintain follow-ups with prospects to close deals. · Track and report outreach activities and conversions. · Meet or exceed sales milestones. Compensation: · Performance-based earnings only (no fixed salary). · Commission for each successful sale/conversion. · Bonuses for achieving milestones or targets. · Flexible payment options: weekly or monthly, based on your preference. Requirements: · Excellent communication and persuasion skills. · Self-motivated and results-oriented. · Ability to work independently or within a team. · Experience in sales or marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.
