Job Overview

360 Events is seeking a motivated and confident Telemarketing Staff member to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients, explain our services, and convert leads into customers. Fluency in Malayalam and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce 360 Events’ services

Follow up with leads and maintain accurate call records

Handle customer queries confidently and professionally

Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets

Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude

Qualifications

Any degree (Freshers can apply)

Fluent in Malayalam (mandatory)

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Basic computer knowledge

Prior telemarketing or customer service experience is a plus

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
