Marketing Staff

Role Overview: You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting products or services, and driving conversions as a Marketing Staff. This is a performance-based position where you will be compensated based on your results and eligible for bonuses upon achieving targets. Whether you choose to work full-time or part-time, you will have flexible hours to work with. Key Responsibilities: - Initiate contact with potential customers via phone, email, or in-person. - Present products/services effectively to generate interest and conversions. - Maintain follow-ups with prospects to close deals. - Track and report outreach activities and conversions. - Meet or exceed sales milestones. Qualification Required: - Excellent communication and persuasion skills. - Self-motivated and results-oriented. - Ability to work independently or within a team. - Experience in sales or marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.
