Professional Competency

Minimum 8+ years of experience in Insurance Industry and proficiency in English and Hindi language
Copy writing skills is a must
Experience in/with Digital or Advertising agency is a plus
A keen eye for detailing to ensure brand language consistency across all creatives and collaterals
The competent will work closely with internal stakeholders (Product team, Operations, Renewals, Distribution etc.) to understand briefs and determine creative requirements
Develop content for Product and Brand campaigns across traditional, online, and BTL media
Draft customer-focused content letters, mailers, SMS, WhatsApp
Create brochures/leaflets for products and channels
Collaborate with designers and brand managers on campaign ideas
Responsible for proof checking creatives before final release for print or digital

Personal Competency

Strong written and verbal command of English and Hindi

Excellent coordination skills

Self-starter with a go-getter attitude

Original thinker

Strong time management skills

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree

Qualification from MICA good to have
