Streetwear Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

You will assist in researching streetwear trends, building campaigns for product drops, improving customer experience, and driving sales through smart, culture-driven marketing strategies.

What You’ll Do (Streetwear Focused Tasks)

🔸 Track global and Indian streetwear trends (Broken Planet, Essentials, Drew, Supreme, Represent, local brands, etc.)

🔸 Build hype campaigns for drops (teasers, countdowns, BTS, lookbooks, influencer kits)

🔸 Collaborate with our content team to create TikTok/Instagram style viral video ideas

🔸 Plan influencer collaborations and manage streetwear creators

🔸 Improve organic reach using community-driven marketing

🔸 Work with sales to improve conversions through storytelling, product positioning, and UGC

🔸 Identify what’s working in the streetwear world and apply it to Turnt Up Clothing

🔸 Analyze audience behaviour (why fans buy, why drops sell out, etc.)

Required Qualifications (Streetwear Specific)

✔ Understanding of streetwear customer psychology

✔ Experience researching global fashion trends

✔ Ability to build hype cycles around drops

✔ Knowledge of Instagram Reels trends and what performs in streetwear

✔ Can support sales through creative storytelling

✔ Good communication and customer experience skills
