Marketing SpecialistAbout the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.• Create engaging content for social media, website, email marketing, and advertisements.• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights.• Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and brand awareness campaigns.• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Design, and Operations) to ensure marketing alignment.• Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare marketing reports.• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies.Key Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.• Proven experience (2–5 years) in marketing or related roles.• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.• Proficiency in social media management and content creation.• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Preferred:• Experience in the real estate / construction / property development sector.• Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation strategies.
