Marketing Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist, located in Ludhiana. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and providing customer service.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet company goals and drive revenue growth for security and facility management services.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and target potential clients, generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.

Requirements:-

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
