Job Description

Experience : 10 to 12 years

Location : Pune

Department : Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer management for North region customers and ensure schedule release (monthly, quarterly, yearly) to HO, coordinate between plant for sales, invoicing, on time payment collection and other concerns.
Support in new business/new projects acquisition.
Work with HO for SBP/AOP.
Competition insights. Customer insights.
Maintain excellent rapport with customer and work towards 100% customer satisfaction.
