The Role: As a Marketing & Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and driving sales across the region. Key Responsibilities: Ā· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial, water treatment, and related sectors. Ā· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored membrane solutions. Ā· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas. Ā· Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Ā· Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue growth. Ā· Collaborate with the technical team to provide comprehensive solutions and support to clients. Ā· Represent GES KO MEMBRANES at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. What We're Looking For: Ā· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Ā· Proven experience in marketing and/or sales, preferably within the industrial, water treatment, chemical, or membrane technology sectors. Ā· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ā· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ā· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Ā· Proficiency in English and Tamil (spoken & written) is a plus.
