Marketing & Sales Executive

Shiloh Travels and Tours Pvt. Ltd. is part of Shiloh Travel LLC, a full-service travel management company headquartered in the USA with offices in Dubai and India. We specialize in international & domestic airline ticketing, holiday packages, religious tours, cruises, and group travel. We are seeking a Marketing & Sales Executive to expand our reach and generate sales across the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Shiloh Travel’s products and services across India.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to reach retail customers, agents, and corporate clients nationwide.
• Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns, networking, and B2B outreach.
• Build and manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts.
• Identify new opportunities and emerging markets within India.
• Coordinate with our Dubai and USA teams for cross-market sales and promotions.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in travel industry sales/marketing (Pan-India exposure preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Indian travel market, customer segments, and B2B partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools; digital marketing knowledge is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel across India for business development.
• Fluency in English; Hindi and regional languages are an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
