Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Marketing and Sales Executive. This role is a unique opportunity for a dynamic professional to drive brand awareness and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy while actively engaging with clients to generate sales and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our product range, focusing on digital and B2B channels.
• Manage and update company website content, including product specifications and project images.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement with our target audience of architects, designers, and corporate clients.
• Plan and execute lead generation activities, including email campaigns and online advertising.
• Sales Responsibilities:
• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within our target market segments (e.g., corporate offices, educational institutions, hospitality).
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our product portfolio and technical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and technical support.
• Assist in the preparation of quotations and proposals, and follow up to close sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and results-driven attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
