Job Description

The Marketing & Sales Executive supports business growth by assisting the Marketing Manager with day-to-day marketing execution, administrative coordination, and sales support activities. This role plays a key part in preparing and submitting RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, supporting ongoing marketing campaigns, and ensuring clear, professional communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate campaign-related tasks such as content scheduling, asset preparation, and internal follow-ups.
  • Support the creation and updating of marketing materials including presentations, proposals, case studies, and email content.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and prepare basic reports and summaries.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials.

RFP / RFI / RFQ Administrative Support

  • Support the Marketing Manager in identifying, organizing, and responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
  • Gather required information from internal teams (technical, operations, finance) for submissions.
  • Assist in drafting, formatting, proofreading, and compiling proposal documents.
  • Maintain a repository of proposal content, templates, and past submissions.
  • Track submission deadlines and ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Sales & Business Development Support

  • Assist with lead management, and follow-up coordination.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare sales documentation, and support proposal development.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to support sales initiatives.
  • Support client onboarding and post-sale follow-up activities as required.

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as a point of coordination between the Marketing Manager, sales team, and other departments.
  • Draft clear, professional written communications for internal and external use.
  • Participate in meetings and prepare summaries, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely communication and alignment across stakeholders.

  • Exposure to B2B services, professional services, or technology organizations preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM platforms, and proposal management processes is beneficial.
