Marketing & Sales Executive

Job Title: Marketing & On-Field Sales Executive (FMCG – Dry Fruits, Mixes & Snacks)
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Job Type: Full-Time | Field-Based | Incentive-Driven

Key Responsibilities1. On-Field Sales & Market Development

• Visit retail shops, supermarkets, distributors, and potential partners to pitch and sell dry fruit mixes, nuts, seeds, snacks, and FMCG SKUs.
• Expand retail coverage across Bhopal + nearby Tier-2/Tier-3 towns.
• Conduct daily store visits, product demos, sampling, and visibility checks.
• Close deals independently and maintain strong repeat-order relationships.

2. Order Management

• Handle end-to-end order cycle: confirmation, processing, coordination with packing/dispatch team, and on-time fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, payments, and delivery tracking.

3. Brand Building & Merchandising

• Ensure the brand gets proper shelf space, display units, and product visibility.
• Collect photos/videos of in-store placements and ensure branding materials are properly used.
• Represent the brand professionally during store visits, events, and merchant meetings.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Track competitor pricing, schemes, product movement, and retailer feedback.
• Provide daily/weekly reports on visits, orders, collections, and opportunities.
• Suggest improvements in SKU selection, pricing, and retail strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven on-field sales experience in FMCG, preferably dry fruits / snacks / food category.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, hit targets, and manage multiple retailers daily.
• Familiarity with digital tools (WhatsApp, Excel/Sheets, order apps).
• Reliable, disciplined, and comfortable with extensive field travel.

Compensation

• Monthly Salary: Based on experience
• Daily Allowance (DA): For field travel expenses
• Incentives: Performance-linked incentives on sales volume and targets achieved
