Marketing Research Analyst

You are a detail-oriented Business Development Analyst (BDA) who will provide support to the sales team in identifying and analyzing potential leads to drive business growth. Your responsibilities include conducting market research, building targeted lead lists, and uncovering insights to optimize lead generation strategies. Your key roles and responsibilities will involve: - Data Collection: Gathering data from primary and secondary sources, including databases, surveys, interviews, and industry reports. - Market Research: Conducting market research to assess industry trends, competitive landscape, customer preferences, and market opportunities. - Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial statements, performance metrics, and market indicators to evaluate the financial health and performance of companies and industries. - Report Writing: Preparing clear, concise, and insightful reports, presentations, and dashboards summarizing research findings, insights, and recommendations. - Communication: Presenting findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, including executives, clients, and team members, and responding to inquiries and requests for information. - Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations and sales, to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes. You should have 4 to 6 years of experience and be located in Hyderabad for work from the office. Your skills and competencies should include: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, candidates, and management. - Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, documents, and schedules efficiently. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong fluency in English. - Past experience in using Crunchbase and RocketReach or any other lead intelligence tools.,
