Marketing Research Analyst

As a Research Analyst in our dynamic Outbound Demand Generation team, you will play a crucial role in account mining, prospecting, and contact database management to identify potential accounts and leads. Utilizing your strong analytical skills and proficiency in data mining tools, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research across various platforms to identify potential leads. Your keen eye for detail will be essential in enhancing lead profiles and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of contact information. Your key responsibilities will include prospecting using effective techniques to identify potential customers, looking for key trigger signals, building potential accounts based on intent, and fine-tuning Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) based on conversions. Additionally, you will manage outbound lead generation platforms and collaborate closely with demand generation teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies. Regular reporting on lead generation metrics to management will be part of your duties to highlight performance and areas for improvement. To excel in this role, you should have 1 to 2 years of proven experience in lead generation, data mining, prospecting, or similar roles. Proficiency in using data mining, CRM, sales enablement, and marketing automation tools is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
