As a Marketing Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans to reach our target customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Undertaking competitor research and analyses to stay ahead in the market. - Conducting market research to understand customer trends and habits. - Establishing goals and objectives to effectively reach customers through various marketing channels. - Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking. - Promoting brand awareness through strategic marketing efforts. - Creating marketing materials for our website and other platforms. - Supporting the marketing team with expertise in optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning. - Assisting in analyzing marketing data such as campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic to enhance future marketing strategies. - Performing additional duties as required. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in marketing or a related field. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and networking abilities. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
