Marketing & PR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations (Internal & External)

• Welcome and assist walk-in visitors, patients, and attendants in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide information about hospital services, facilities, health packages, and ongoing programs.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve patient/visitor queries related to marketing initiatives or promotions.
• Maintain a professional image of the hospital through effective communication and service.

Telecalling (Inbound & Outbound)

• Handle inbound calls regarding hospital services, health check-ups, and promotional offers.
• Make outbound calls for:
• Appointment reminders
• Post-visit follow-up calls
• Informing patients about new packages, health camps, and hospital initiatives
• Maintain proper records of calls and submit reports to the Marketing Manager.
• Ensure high-quality, polite, and empathetic telecommunication.

Marketing Support

• Assist the marketing team in organizing in-house events, awareness programs, and promotional activities.
• Support preparation and distribution of brochures, leaflets, and other marketing material.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing campaigns within the hospital.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance patient engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications & Skills

• Any Graduate (Postgraduate in Public Relations, Marketing, or Hospital Administration preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in PR / Telecalling / Marketing (healthcare experience preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi & Marathi.
• Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, and service orientation.
• Ability to handle queries and resolve them professionally.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and call reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
