About The Role

This is one of the early roles in a growing marketing team. Processes are still developing. The expectation is not that everything is already set, but that we create clarity together. This role sits at the center of day-to-day execution. It involves coordinating with the creative team, the hospital team, and vendors to ensure work moves smoothly and thoughtfully.

What This Role Involves

• Managing daily social media posting and coordination with writers, designers, and editors
• Keeping a clear content calendar and tracking performance
• Working with the hospital team to identify moments and stories for content
• Supporting small campaigns, community events, and sessions with doctors
• Coordinating with vendors for printing, signage, merchandise, and production needs
• Ensuring the brand appears consistently across touchpoints
• Handling quick-turn tasks with steady communication
• Tracking small budgets with transparency and accuracy
