Your Day to Day Is

• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns in platforms such as Marketo and Braze, ensuring high-quality execution and flawless delivery


• Manage audience segmentation and list uploads based on campaign requirements and behavioral/demographic data


• Perform rigorous QA on all email assets, including content proofing, link validation, and dynamic content testing


• Set up campaign tracking parameters and assist in monitoring performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, etc.)


• Collaborate closely with lifecycle, creative, and analytics teams to execute campaigns on time and aligned with brand standards


• Help maintain the health of our marketing databases by supporting list hygiene and contact management practices.Building marketing campaigns end-to-end, primarily through email and in product channels


• Coding new HTML emails from design files


• Thinking critically about audience segmentation and campaign performance & to ensure that the campaign setup matches the goals in the campaign briefs


• Building reports/performing analysis


• Participating in meetings with project stakeholders


• Executing ad hoc and short-term project initiatives

You d be Successful in This Role if You Have

• A Bachelor s degree from a top tier institution with a minimum of 60% in 10th/12th/ graduation


• 1-3 years of work experience


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Strong attention to detail and comfort with Q/A processes


• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment


• Data-orientation: Understanding which data is relevant, asking the right questions, and data literacy


• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google SheetsIndependent problem-solving capabilities


• Experience in a previous marketing operations/production role is preferred


• Experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, Braze, Mailgun preferred
