Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Ahmedabad, is for a Marketing Manager/Sr. Manager. The role involves leading marketing strategies and campaigns, planning market initiatives, and coordinating market research efforts. Responsibilities include managing marketing operations, strengthening public relations, driving sales strategies, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The candidate will oversee marketing activities to expand the company's reach and influence within the industry.

• Experience in tying up with utility companies and Government companies.
• Development of dealer distributors.
• Identify and pursue new business segments and project-based opportunities in the cable industry.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and pricing strategy to support business growth objectives.
• Collaborate with the technical and product teams for product positioning, new product launches, and marketing collaterals.
• Prepare and monitor marketing budgets, campaigns, and promotional activities for brand visibility and sales support.

Experience:

• 6–10 years of experience in marketing and business development within the cable, electrical, or power industry.
• Proven experience in institutional sales, government liaison, and channel management is essential.
• BE/B.tech or any other relevant technical degree or certifications will be preferred.
• Candidates with exposure to industrial and utility projects will be preferred.
