Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Gurugram. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and analyzing market trends. Daily tasks include coordinating with the sales team, creating marketing content, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, and performance marketing
• Strong skills in overseeing marketing campaigns and budget management
• Ability to analyze market trends and monitor marketing initiatives effectiveness
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with the sales team
• Proficiency in creating marketing content and ensuring brand consistency
• Experience with AI and Digital Ed-Tech platforms is a plus
• Commitment to sustainability and a culture-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
