What you’ll be steeped in:

• Cooking up sales strategies that pack a punch.

• Chasing sales targets like a pro – monthly, quarterly, yearly.

• Guiding sales teams with clear goals and unmissable roadmaps.

• Mapping territories & aligning routes – basically, your GPS is your best friend.

• Stirring up secondary sales and distributor love.

• Building retailer & distributor relationships stronger than your morning chai.

• Setting up fresh sales channels in Gujarat, and keeping the MP & Rajasthan ones piping hot.

• Maximizing ROI, sales support & overall momentum.

• Spicing things up with promo events, tea tastings, and brand shoutouts.

• Acting as the caffeine kick between the field team and top management – no gaps, just smooth blends.

• Crunching sales numbers, managing stocks, and brewing the perfect MIS reports.

• Recommending smarter strategies and sipping on solutions before problems spill over.

• Being the voice of reason and results – from HO to the ground.
