About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and result-oriented Marketing Professional with hands-on experience in 360° marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both offline and online marketing, strong client interaction skills, and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns that build brand visibility and generate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies (offline & online) aligned with business goals.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Plan and implement offline marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, trade shows, and BTL activations.
• Coordinate with creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure brand consistency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver marketing solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Track, measure, and report performance of campaigns, ensuring ROI and KPIs are met.
• Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation and client engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in 360° marketing (offline & online).
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and offline marketing tools.
• Proven experience in client interaction and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing (preferred).
