Job Description

Role Overview: As a Manager Marketing (Techno-Commercial) at the company, your main responsibility will be to lead the marketing and business development efforts for new RFQs related to Automotive Interiors and Exteriors. You will drive the conversion of customer requirements into feasible technical specifications and ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead RFQ analysis, feasibility study, and identification of deviations - Guide the team in feasibility checks and cost breakdown preparation - Review and approve tooling lists, BOMs, and RFQs for various components such as chroming, painting, rubber, and metal parts - Provide business insights for further management decision - Conduct and review risk analysis and feasibility assessments - Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders - Identify and implement new technologies in alignment with customer needs - Maintain and manage costing overview for all projects - Identify the training needs of fellow team members and arrange the same - Promote ownership and accountability among team members - Ensure compliance with corporate ethics, management policies, and customer requirements - Lead efforts for ISO/IATF/customer audits and ensure readiness - Monitor customer satisfaction reports on a yearly basis - Handle customer portals - Approach new customers and establish communication by providing necessary information - Monitor customer property list and provide information to customers whenever needed - Monitor current purchase prices for raw materials, brought out parts, and packaging material on a quarterly basis (Input from the purchase department) Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - Proven experience in marketing and business development - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Knowledge of automotive interiors and exteriors industry trends and technologies - Familiarity with ISO/IATF standards and customer audit processes (Note: Any additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.)
